• Train Tour is jointly operated and managed by the Tourism Dept of Rajasthan State Govt in collaboration with M/S Easy Toll & Cube Construction.
• Liability of Royal Indian Trains is limited to that of Booking Agent only.
• Booking will be confirmed on receipt of Advance Deposit and passport copy of passengers with date of journey.
• Balance payment must reach us at least 70 days before the scheduled train departure date.
• If booking request is made less than 70 days before departure, we require one-time full payment to confirm booking.
• All cancellation requests must be made in writing and acknowledged by us.
• Minimum 15% cancellation fee on published ticket value (inclusive of taxes); not on discounted offer amount if request is received more than 91 days prior to tour departure.
• Minimum 30% cancellation fee on published ticket value (inclusive of taxes) if request is received between 90 to 61 days.
• Minimum 55% cancellation fee on published ticket value (inclusive of taxes) if request is received between 60 to 31 days.
• No refund is permitted if cancellation request is received less than 31 days.
• In case of failure to make balance payment, the advance will be forfeited.
• Train tour will operate subject to booking of minimum 17 cabins.
• If operator cancels departure, full refund of advance will be made (no compensation for other losses).
• Name change or journey change request will be treated as cancellation.
• Operator may amend tariff or terms anytime; client must pay difference.
• Tax increase or tariff increase must be paid by passenger even after ticket issued.
• No refund if customer leaves journey midway.
• Medical emergency cancellation will be forwarded to operator; decision final.
• Foreign passport holders must have valid visa; no refund if visa not obtained.
• Refund will be made in equivalent rupee value received.
• USD 100 per person will be deducted as processing fee for refunds.
• Disputes subject to jurisdiction of courts in NCR Delhi (Gurgaon).
